General Features
Quick, Advanced and Custom Search
Quick and advanced search forms are available for both jobs and CV's search. Custom search forms can be created for stsyel and based on custom fields or criteria.
Keyword and Boolean Saerch
Users can make Boolean searches by including Boolean operators into the search query.
Double Quotes in Boolean Search
Using double quotes allow combining whitespace-separated words into single search criteria (e.g. "sales manager")
Refine Search
Allows the user to dynamically filter search results when on the search results page, salary, category/sector and custom field - all manageable within the admin.
Search by Date Period
Allows searching jobs or CV's by date period, show jobs that are posted in the last 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and month in searches.
Modify Search
'Modify Search' and 'Back to results' features make searching easier and faster allowing search sessions to be saved and the user to easily change criteria in search forms.

Multi Select Lists
Multi select lists in post CV/job forms and search forms.
Tree Field Type with Multi-Select Option

Security
CAPTCHA Verification
CAPTCHA verification on registration, posting, contact and apply forms. Can be turned on/off for each form in the Admin Panel.
HTML Filter
Allows the admin to set which HTML tags will be allowed when entering text into the WYSIWYG editor, format job description for uniformed styling.
IP Address Tracking and Banning
Displays the user ip address in the user management, allows the admin to ban a particular ip address, to avoid spamming.
Bad Word Filter
Admin can set bad words which are not permitted to be entered by a user.
Email Confirmation
Email confirmation on registration page. Can be turned on/off in admin panel.

SEO Friendly URLs

Dynamically Titles and Descriptions
Custom rewrite of job title and description e.g. Java Developer job in West London (including truncate of title or description data e.g. description tag at 165 characters)
SEO Friendly Meta Tags
Include any job or CV parameters to dynamically generate page titles, description and keyword meta tags, add custom meta titles and descriptions for pages within the CMS.
XML Site Map
Improves search engine optimization by collecting all site links to be indexed by web crawlers
Custom 404
Returns the 404 Not Found message for listings that have expired, deactivated or deleted.
Jobseeker Features
Job Search and Browsing
Search jobs by different parameters, such as location and keywords. Browse jobs by category, county, city, occupations or any other field (custom fields can be configured and added to the search criteria).
Keyword Search Settings
Users can set different settings for a keyword search. For example it’s possible to search only in titles or to include Boolean operators to the search query.
Search by Company
Allows searching companies by name and location or browsing companies by a -z.
CV Posting
Build a CV online by filling out a simple (or custom) web form. Add photos, upload videos and attach CV files. Job seekers can preview their CV before it is posted. CV posting can be free or paid.
Video Uploads
Attach video files to a CV. Video will be converted to the .flv format and displayed within a flash player, alternatively a YouTube url can be simply added to display any video within a CV profile.
Manage CV's
Edit, delete or deactivate posted CV's.
Save Jobs
Easy one click save jobs for later review. Job seeker can add personal notes for saved jobs for which are added to search results and within the saved jobs in the jobseeker account.
Saved Searches
The job seeker can save any search that has been run and click to run that search at any time.
RSS Feed for Saved Searches
RSS feeds are available for each job search saved.
Private Messaging System
Allows job seekers to communicate with employers via the web site without providing contact information.
Complex Fields
A block of fields or single field on post CV form (e.g. Work Experience, Education, Skills and etc) that can be added several times by job seeker.
Job Alerts
Separate section for creating and managing job alerts. System will send new jobs alerts based on the selected search criteria to user email to a user email address, frequency of email can be set by the user to daily, weekly, monthly.
Online Applications
Ability to apply for a job online using a simple web form where the job seeker can specify a cover Letter or select/attach a CV and fill in a screening questionnaire (if added by the employer)
Applications History
View, Delete applications that have been sent. All applications are kept in the user account for easy access and management.
Tell a Friend
Send/share job information to a friend’s email address.
Print Job Information
Print friendly job details page.
Email Confirmation
Email confirmation on registration page. Can be turned on/off in admin panel.
Delete Profile
If allowed by admin, job seekers can delete their profile with all CV's from the site and specify a reason for profile deletion.
Anonymous CV
Set CV as anonymous to hide contact information. Only online contact form will be available for employers to communicate with job seekers.
CV Visibility Option
Job seekers can choose if a CV will be visible to all employers, only selected employers or to all employers except selected ones.
Password Recovery by Email
If a job seeker forgets password, it can be recovered using the user account email.

CV & Candidate Search

Default Values for User and Listing Fields
Admin can set default value for any field of user profile or listing. For listing fields it is possible to set user profile field value as a default value.

Membership Plans
Configure fees for posting, searching and viewing CV's or jobs.
Pay Per Views Membership Plans
Allows charging users for number of views of a particular page (e.g. 10 CV views/credits)
Permission System

Admin Notifications

Job and CV Postings Approval
Eliminate unwanted and scam postings from your site by approving them first. Users will be notified by email about their postings being approved or rejected.
Admin Sub-Accounts
Ability for Admin to create as many Sub-Accounts as needed and set different permissions for each user.
Site Map
A list of site pages accessible to users, organised in hierarchical fashion. This helps visitors to easily find pages on the site
Approve Users Setting
After registration user accounts can be approved by Admin first and then activated. Users will be notified by email about their accounts being approved or rejected.
Custom XML Feeds
Ability to create custom XML feeds in the admin panel. This allows you to export job postings to other sites like Indeed or SimplyHired .
XML import
Allows importing jobs or CV's from other sites (e.g. Indeed, SimplyHired or company sites) which provide their data in XML feed. Admin can also choose to import users from XML feed, instead of using an exiting user. It's also possible to set default values for listing fields in the XML data source.

Bread crumbs navigation string for My Account section is configured in the admin panel
Banner Ads Module
Admin can create banner groups, add banners, set the number of banners of each group to be displayed at once which can be placed in the site design.
Task Scheduler Settings
Allows running of task scheduler manually and configured CRON job to run task scheduler automatically every day.
'Username as Email' Option
With this option turned on users will use their email instead of username for accounts.
